I’m so glad we went with Ma Williams. Kelly and the staff worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was addressed and they truly give that small family business feel. Our home was a very large one and they worked with me every step of the way answering my questions quickly and helping me fix problems when they would arise. They really went above and beyond. I’m not planning on ever moving out of this home but if I was and were planning on building again I’d go with Ma Williams.
In December 2021 my family and I lost our manufactured home of 22 years in a house fire. We were referred to Kelly at Ma Williams for our replacement home. Kelly and her staff were welcoming, and empathetic to our needs. They helped us navigate these unfamiliar waters and even helped expedite the process as we were displaced. Ma Williams has gone above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied and making the whole process as smooth as possible. We love our new home, and are so thankful for the care and help we received from Ma Williams!

This is written on behalf of Ma. Williams. We were referred to Ma Williams by a sales representative that worked for a manufactured house dealer. He suggested Ma Williams because of their reputation and vast experience working with land developers.
We have been well pleased with our salesperson, Lavon Watkins. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Every department person we have dealt with has been patience, well experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful. We have been impressed with our dealings with this company.
We will soon complete our current project. Upon completion, we shall begin another project this year. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Lavon. Her assistance and knowledge has made everything seem easy. If only the city could be the same!

We began vetting manufactured home dealers 14 years ago- Ma Williams being one and after meeting the team that would create our dream home, we selected them. Tony, Jenean and Claudia were always professional yet still personable at every stage. We chose a Silvercrest home – the top of the line with a 7 year warranty. But even with that great warranty, the Silvercrest/Champion Home factory is so busy it is important to have a solid manufactured home dealer in your corner because you will need that extra ‘muscle’ to get your issues fixed. And issues we had! Come to find out they were common issues but we did not care. All we knew is that our dream home was having problems. But with Claudia – she is the liaison to the factory on your behalf – she was amazing! Relentless in getting us on Silvercrest’s calendar to get everything fixed. We had a small roof leak during all of the storms and she had someone out the VERY SAME DAY to cover it and ensure no more damage occurred. As soon as it stopped raining she had them out that day and the roof was fixed! This is why I am urging people to choose a dealer that has the high volume but also has the amazing customer service that Ma Williams provides. Starting with Tony-he is very knowledgeable on anything to do with customizing and building your home. He knows the prices on everything you’d like to customize so you can make solid decisions. Jenean is the head of the finance department and she makes you feel as if you’re her only customer. Kelly, one of the owners stepped in on our behalf to make sure our home was not delayed any further. The whole team works with your General Contractor, Finance, escrow, etc and takes a lot of stress off of you. We have been in our cozy, secure and wonderful home for 6 months now and have never been happier! Thank you Ma Williams!

I purchased a home from Ma Williams in 2007, the salesman(Fergi) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped make our experience a great one, after the home was delivered it was set up and “connected” in a speedy and friendly manor…I have not had a lot of problems with the home since….I have had to go back and asked many questions and they have always been understanding and helpful, if they don’t have the answer right there, they will always find the answer and call me back with it…its a great staff
