We began vetting manufactured home dealers 14 years ago- Ma Williams being one and after meeting the team that would create our dream home, we selected them. Tony, Jenean and Claudia were always professional yet still personable at every stage. We chose a Silvercrest home – the top of the line with a 7 year warranty. But even with that great warranty, the Silvercrest/Champion Home factory is so busy it is important to have a solid manufactured home dealer in your corner because you will need that extra ‘muscle’ to get your issues fixed.  And issues we had!  Come to find out they were common issues but we did not care. All we knew is that our dream home was having problems. But with Claudia – she is the liaison to the factory on your behalf – she was amazing!  Relentless in getting us on Silvercrest’s calendar to get everything fixed. We had a small roof leak during all of the storms and she had someone out the VERY SAME DAY to cover it and ensure no more damage occurred.  As soon as it stopped raining she had them out that day and the roof was fixed! This is why I am urging people to choose a dealer that has the high volume but also has the amazing customer service that Ma Williams provides. Starting with Tony-he is very knowledgeable on anything to do with customizing and building your home.  He knows the prices on everything you’d like to customize so you can make solid decisions. Jenean is the head of the finance department and she makes you feel as if you’re her only customer. Kelly, one of the owners stepped in on our behalf to make sure our home was not delayed any further. The whole team works with your General Contractor, Finance, escrow, etc and takes a lot of stress off of you. We have been in our cozy, secure and wonderful home for 6 months now and have never been happier!  Thank you Ma Williams!
