Stay Safe: From Our Family to Yours

The spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) around the globe, and particularly in the U.S., is something everyone is concerned about.

This is a time when all of us should be following the advice from our government and medical experts, to protect ourselves and others – wash your hands more often, stay home if you can, and practice social distancing.

We are Closed Until April 1, 2020

For the safety of our customers and our work family we will be closing our office and models to the general public.

But We’re Still Kind of Open

After several days of being homebound, some of you may be looking around and wondering if the time will soon be right to consider a new manufactured home. If you have a question or an inquiry, you can still reach out to us via phone call or video conference Tuesdays through Saturdays.

Already Have a  Home in Production?

Ma Williams is collaborating with the many different entities that may be involved with your home, including Skyline, Silvercrest, realtors, contractors, lenders, escrow and title companies.

Some of these folks may also be working from home, but they are committed to keeping these projects on track as much as we can. Loans are being processed, homes are being built, and we remain committed to providing you the highest quality service experience possible.

We hope this crisis will pass soon, and we look forward to seeing you once again in our office. In the meantime, we’ll keep watching the ever-evolving situation in order to respond to and prioritize the needs of our customers, as well as the health and safety of our employees.

Stay Safe

Stay Healthy

See you Soon

Sincerely,

The Ma Williams Family
