Wrapping Up Our Amazing Weekend Extravaganza

As you can see from the smiling faces in these photos, the return of our annual weekend extravaganza was a huge success!

We were blessed with great weather and a great turnout, and it was so much fun to meet so many first-time customers from all over California, and to answer their questions about manufactured homes.

Of course the free food and the raffle giveaways were popular, but the main attraction as always were the beautiful Skyline and Silvercrest homes, with their spacious floor plans and deluxe amenities. There are 3D tours of several models here on our website, but there’s nothing like walking through the front door and seeing these homes in person.

So much goes into any home purchase, from model selection to construction to permitting to financing. While the Ma Williams team is always ready to make every step in the process easier, this event provided a great opportunity to speak directly to factory representatives, contractors, and financing firms. Most attendees took advantage of having so much expert feedback in one place – and we certainly look forward to when all of these new buyers will move into their wonderful new homes. If you missed this year’s event, don’t wait until 2024 to stop by and pay us a visit. With financing costs dropping, interest rates receding and delivery times faster than they were a year ago, now is a great time to take that first step toward moving into the home of your dreams.
