Simplifying Your Home Life – and Your Manufactured Home Purchase

“Simplify Your Life” week is celebrated every August. It’s a time to take stock of the things you do every week and every month, and to figure out if there’s a way to get better organized so you can maintain your sanity before the busy holiday season gets here.

This is a goal we can get behind – in fact, making things as simple as possible has been one of the guiding principles behind the way we do business since the very beginning.

The home buying process can be fun but it can also be challenging and confusing. We see our role as not just assisting you in finding the perfect manufactured home for your family, but helping you get from the selection and design process to the financing, permits and purchase phase, and then through the delivery and set-up with minimal delays and headaches.

But once you’re in your new home, the “simplify your life” philosophy can continue to pay dividends. Here are a few tips that can help:

  • 20 minutes of cleaning a day (so you won’t have to plan a day-long clean-fest)
  • Throw stuff away (the reason you can never find what you are looking for may be that it’s buried under a lot of stuff you no longer need)
  • Automated bill pay (set it up and you’ll never have to think about whether the cable bill went out on time)
  • Have a budget (it takes the decision making out of whether or not you can afford new purchases)

What are the things that you do to simplify your life? Let us know on our Facebook page – maybe you can help out some of our other online friends!
