Cindy has been wonderful to work with. She was very thorough and gave us all the information we need and the timeline it takes to get everything taken care of. We did look at a few places but we like Cindy and will go with Ma Williams once we find land.

I have only spoken with Cindy over the phone so far. Cindy was beyond helpful. I am looking forward to speaking with her further. I have located a piece of land I'm interested in and Cindy is double checking on that for me. I want to purchase a land and home package. I plan to actually visit the sales center in the near future, once I catch up on work.

"I had a great time there when I stopped in to look around and get an idea of what your homes looked like. I don't have land and would love any help you have to offer in finding some available in Riverside. Once I obtain the land, I will then look at which 4-bedroom DW best fits my needs and think about the price a little more. I'm hoping to be in my new home in the next 3 to 6 months. "
I had been inquiring with different sales centers over the phone. I spoke with Cindy over the phone, she was very informative and gave me all the necessary resources to check out.

“We’ve worked together since 1988, and they have the right processes in place to help assist their customers in buying Silvercrest manufactured homes. They have the ability to match their customer to the correct homes, and more importantly, to the right financing to help them achieve the American Dream – home ownership. They’re able to help customers develop their property with the proper utilities, ensure they get the right permits, (and) make sure the home is installed properly, which ultimately leads to happy customers. Ma Williams’ entire team is extremely professional and simply a pleasure to work with.”

Throughout the Northeast and the Midwest, fall is a picturesque season of beautiful changing colors. But in Southern California, as a comedian once observed, it’s the time when malls replace the green plastic trees with the orange plastic trees.
We think autumn deserves more than that, even if our palm trees look the same in October as they do in June. Before you drag out the Christmas decorations, celebrate the harvest season with some festive fall projects. Here are a few simple, low-cost ideas.
Mantels are often the focal point of a room, especially during a holiday season. A mix of smaller pumpkins and squash, orange candles with a pumpkin or cinnamon scent, and a cornucopia or horn of plenty can fill this space with beauty and color.
Placemats with autumn colors and images are a great place to start, especially when accentuated by a harvest-colored bouquet centerpiece. A few autumn leaves scattered on the table also adds an appealing touch.
A home office can get a seasonal makeover with a bowl of almonds or pinecones on the desk.
A front porch or entryway can set the perfect tone for an autumn-inspired home. Line the steps with pumpkins and other fall harvest foliage, and hang an autumn wreath on the front door.
The temperature in California doesn’t drop as severely in the fall as it does in other parts of the country, but cooler evenings offer a great excuse to bring out extra pillows and blankets, preferably in fall plaids and orange/red/brown colors.
