What Is It?

MH Advantage is financing offered only on purchases of manufactured housing that is built to meet quality construction, architectural design, and energy efficiency standards that are more consistent with site-built homes.

When you’re ready to buy (or even just look) we’ll show you which manufactured home models are eligible, and/or how they can be customized to qualify.

Why Do It?

MH Advantage offers traditional 30-year fixed rate financing with benefits that exceed standard manufactured home loans. You may qualify for a mortgage with as little as 3% down, as well as reduced mortgage insurance costs, and interest rates lower than most traditional manufactured home loans.
