Introducing: A New Kingsbrook Home from Silvercrest

It’s always exciting when we can provide new manufactured home options for our customers. And this month we are delighted to add not one but two new home models from two of our most popular builders: Silvercrest and Skyline.

We’ll cover the new Skyline model in our next blog; here, let’s focus on Silvercrest KB-65, the latest addition to the company’s popular Kingsbrook Series.

The Basics

The Kingsbrook 65 is a 1502 square foot open concept plan featuring a porch, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large master suite, a laundry room and a spacious great room, kitchen and dining area. The model has 9’ sidewalls, with stacked windows in the great room, dining room and kitchen resulting in a bright and beautiful home.

As with all Silvercrest models, advanced engineering and construction methods ensure quality-built and energy efficient structures assembled in a controlled factory environment. That makes rigorous inspection standards easier while protecting the home’s elements (pre-hung doors, windows, siding, etc.) from weather-related damage, vandalism and other hazards.

Lower Utility Bills

Many standard features on this and other Silvercrest models were selected to make the home as energy-efficient as possible. These includes Energy Star® rated windows with screens, and low-flow water-saving toilets.

Special Features

Although this model already features a seven-year Silvershield warranty, hardwood cabinetry, Corian countertops, crown molding, sculpted cased windows and baseboards, you can further customize both the interior and exterior to your liking. Options include a farmhouse sink in the kitchen, a covered porch, solar tubes, a ceiling fan, a gas fireplace and a tiled rainforest shower. Check out these photos – and remember that all Skyline homes are covered by a 12-month warranty from the factory and an extended 2-7 year warranty through outside providers.
