Finding the Perfect Manufactured Home Site

If you do not have a piece of land selected for your manufactured or modular home, Ma Williams can make this process easier as well through our land/home package.
Ma Williams Homes, Inc., Danny Saldana with Realty Executives, and Land Home Construction, Inc. will assist you with finding property, obtaining financing, dealing with city or county requirements and pulling the necessary permits.
At the start of this process, we’ll chat about all the questions that must be answered to make sure you find the right site for your dream home:
- Where do you want to live? Within a park or on a plot of vacant land? Near the city or out in the country?
- How much land do you need? Do you want enough for just a home, do you also need a garage, or do you want room for horses or other animals?
- What about utilities and insurance? Access to water, an electrical power hookup, a sewage system or septic system will help determine the suitability of the land. You may have to check if it is flood zoned as well, in which case flood insurance would be required.
And of course, the home you select for the site will be among the most attractive, secure and comfortable available today – because Ma Williams doesn’t work with any companies that provide less than the best!
