Congratulations! You’ve chosen your dream house. It’s an exciting time, and one of the great things about a manufactured home is you’ll be able to move in even faster than you would with a site-built home.
Whether you’ve purchased other homes in the past or not, our goal now at Ma Williams is to make the next steps as easy and convenient as possible.
Here’s what you can expect to happen in the weeks to come.
You’ve chosen the floor plan that best fits your needs. Now it’s time to talk about any design or architectural enhancements you may wish to add to help us bring you a home that is truly yours, inside and out. There will be other decisions to make about interior options as well. We are here to answer any questions and help you choose the amenities that matter most.
We understand this can be an intimidating step. But we’ve been through the mortgage process thousands of times and will give you the benefit of our expertise when it comes to discussing the financing options available. Are you a veteran? You may qualify for a VA loan with no down payment required. If you are upgrading your current home with a new manufactured home, you may also be eligible for a reverse mortgage. Regardless of your situation, we’ll find the loan and financing terms that best fit your specific needs.
Getting your home from factory to site is just as important as every other phase of your moving process. That’s why we work only with top national toter fleets that provide full insurance coverage for the transport. Our transportation providers will obtain all of the necessary moving permits, and then put your home in the hands of experienced professionals who know how to carry an oversized load safely.
Once the home has been delivered, there are a few final considerations to be handled with contractors and inspectors, to make sure everything is right and ready for you and your family. We’ll be on site to monitor progress and to keep you informed every step of the way.
It’s here at last! The options have been chosen, the contracts have been signed, the site has been prepared, and now your home has arrived and been affixed to a permanent foundation. Today, it’s no longer a manufactured home. It’s simply home. And we’ll still be here after you’ve moved in, in case any questions or issues arise. Your complete satisfaction is our one and only concern.
