Buy Today – Move In Sooner Than You Think!

Here is great news for couples and families looking to move into the manufactured home of their dreams, and to do it sooner rather than later: factory build times at Silvercrest and Skyline have dropped to their lowest rate in recent memory.

If you bought a home in July of last year, you would likely have to wait about six months, if not more, for factory backlog with build time. But those who purchase now could significantly reduce the amount of time necessary before you get the keys to your beautiful new home.

Now is also a great time to buy because the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), through the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), has announced a 30-basis-point reduction to the annual mortgage insurance premiums (annual MIP) charged to homebuyers who obtain an FHA-insured mortgage. This means that, on average, families will save $800 annually. Given the recent increases in mortgage rates, that type of savings is most welcome.

Depending on where you wish to live, there are communities large and small throughout the state of California that are ready to welcome manufactured homes. These include small towns like Aguanga and Fallbrook, places like Wildomar and Lake Elsinore where the wonders of nature are nearby, and the fast-growing community of Murrieta, which has been designated the second safest city in California with a population of more than 100,000.

Ready to take the next step or have any additional questions? Our team is ready to help you ease your concerns and help you get started towards finding the best home for your beloved family. With build times at a near historic low, you could be moving in no time.
