Refer-a-Friend Program

Shopping for a home can be exhausting, especially when you don’t know where to turn. Because friends are usually the first people to know when someone is in the market for a new home, the Ma Williams team has developed the Refer-A-Friend program.

Ma Williams is serious about getting people into the home of their dreams and if you refer someone to us, we will give you a $500 gift card upon escrow closing.

It is as easy as helping your friend connect with the people who may put them in their dream home.

Never has making $500 dollars been easier.

How to Participate:

  • Submit the full name and phone number of the friend you’d like to refer to Ma Williams via email to sales@mawilliamshomes.com
  • You must be 18 or older and a resident of the continental US to participate.
  • Referrals are accepted all year around.
  • Once the referred friend’s account closes escrow a $500 gift card will be sent to the referee.
  • You can refer as many friends as you’d like, but only accounts that close escrow will be eligible for the $500 gift card.

The Ma Williams team will contact you directly once the account has closed escrow. If you have any questions before then please contact us
