If there is no previous construction or existing building on the property, we can help you with the land preparation process. This includes:
- Zoning: We’ll determine through a title search and a Building and Safety check if any restrictions or regulations exist regarding your potential home site.
- Access: Does the site provide adequate access of the delivery of your home?
- Utilities – Is there access to utilities such as electricity, gas or alternate fuel, water, sewer or septic tank?
- Permits – What is required in this neighborhood or city? More than one permit may be required for site improvement and the installation of your home.
Ma Williams will work with you to settle all of the necessities and details that will go into making this location a place you’ll be pleased to call home.
