This unique floorplan, apart of the Summit line from Silvercrest offers a dual master suite design with a shared living and kitchen space. This home also includes an extra half bath right off of the living area which also allows for extra privacy within the two master suites. This floorplan is able to become a second unit in some counties coming in right at 1183 square feet!
