Extravaganza Wrap-Up: Winners…and More Winners!
Our annual Extravaganza event wrapped up last month, and we’re still recovering!
It was a busy and informative weekend, with more than 150 guests in attendance. As always, there were drawings for free gifts and we’d like to congratulate this year’s winners:

We also announced an additional special offer – anyone who completed a manufactured home write-up within 30 days of the Extravaganza would qualify for a 55” Flat Screen TV, or $1,000 towards options.
And here’s some more good news – the response to this opportunity has been so great, that we are now going to extend it through May 31! Don’t miss out!
Of course, the real winners were all those who had the opportunity to meet and talk with industry experts about manufactured homes. The lenders, contractors, land realtors and factory representatives in attendance each offered overviews of their services, and explained how all of their companies work as a team with Ma Williams to assist home buyers and their families in developing a custom land/home project.
The question and answer sessions that followed each seminar were especially lively and informative – there were many questions about second units, with regards to financing, site preparation, and permitting. And a new ‘star’ was born, judging from the popularity of a new ADU model that buyers seem to love!
