The Cities We Serve: Manufactured Homes in Wildomar

You’ll find Ma Williams’ manufactured homes in beautiful cities throughout California. We’d like to introduce you to some of the communities we serve, so you can get to know them a little better.

Let’s start with Wildomar, a city in Riverside County with a population of approximately 35,000 residents. It was named after three of the town’s founders: Wil for William Collier, do for Donald Graham, and mar for Margaret Collier Graham, wife of Donald Graham and sister of William Collier.

Wildomar is a community that has steadily grown over the years, though it is still a place where those seeking a quieter lifestyle can find what they wish. Most would probably describe the area as rural as there are still plenty of wide open spaces, but it is gradually becoming more suburban through a greater selection of shopping and dining options to choose from (make sure you try the Chicken Piccata at Tresino’s!)

The crime rate is low; temperatures are average for the inland empire (that means occasional triple digits during the summer), and the cost of living here is more affordable than other California communities.

One of the most appealing aspects of living in Wildomar is its proximity to Lake Elsinore, the largest natural freshwater lake in California. Locals enjoy boating, fishing and water skiing. The city also offers easy driving access to both Los Angeles and San Diego. You can spend a day at Disneyland or the beach, and return home that evening to less congested surroundings away from the traffic nightmares of a big city.

If you are ever in the market for a manufactured home in Wildomar, let Ma Williams help you find the perfect home in the perfect location.
