Beat the heat this summer with a Free AC unit from Ma Williams!

Air conditioning is not offered as a standard item in a new manufactured home.

For those that leave the factory bound for places like Arizona, Nevada, and even the Hemet-San Jacinto Valley where Ma Williams is located, that might seem surprising. But many of these homes are also headed for cooler climates where AC is not as essential.
