Beat the heat this summer with a Free AC unit from Ma Williams!

Air conditioning is not offered as a standard item in a new manufactured home.

For those that leave the factory bound for places like Arizona, Nevada, and even the Hemet-San Jacinto Valley where Ma Williams is located, that might seem surprising. But many of these homes are also headed for cooler climates where AC is not as essential. Plus, by limiting the number of standard features, manufacturers Ma Williams provide buyers with more flexibility to customize their new home purchase, while also lowering costs.

“Great,” we hear you say, “But it’s over 100 degrees here!”

We get it. If you are considering the purchase of a new manufactured home in California, you are probably seriously considering AC as an add-on feature. But now, you don’t have to.

From now until the end of August, Ma Williams is offering free air conditioning with the purchase of am new manufactured home.

So relax, and let that temperature soar into the triple digits. Now you’ll stay cool all summer.
