To Dennis Williams, (Ma Williams)

I would just like you to know about your one salesman Dennis Ferguson.  Even though he wasn’t the one that ordered my coach from Fergi went out of way to make sure that I was satisfied.  It has been a couple of months since we have moved in, he still comes by or call to see if we are happy with what we bought.  I don’t think you could find a better salesman for your company than him.  He’s not only cares about what he sells, but he cares about every customer.  We think you and your company are very lucky to have him on your staff.
