The SM-02 is one of our smaller house plans. This home is available in two-different lengths. Although the largest design is under 800 square feet, a creative and efficient use of space make it seem larger than it is. This open concept floorplan features two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen, living room, and a designated laundry area. You might consider this home as a primary residence, a vacation home, or as an affordable way to place an accessory dwelling unit into your backyard as housing for family members, friends, students, or renters. Small houses make an affordable choice - they offer lower maintenance costs and do not require much energy to heat and cool. Although the home already features Corian countertops, crown molding, faux wood blinds, two-panel interior doors, energy-efficient windows, and much more - you can further customize both the interior and exterior to your liking. Please note both traditional and contemporary rooflines are available.
