The Bradford 08 is available in either a 1325 or 1493 square foot version (it is the same layout only one floorplan is slightly wider than the other). This open concept, split-bedroom style home design focuses on comfort and functionality. This home features a large kitchen that is open to the living and dining room areas as well as comfortably sized bedrooms each having its own large walk-in closet. The Bradford 08 also offers pre-engineered design modifications that include the choice to convert the design to a four-bedroom layout and an upgraded master bathroom.
