Delivery day has finally arrived and the house if beautiful.  I am very appreciative to the staff at Ma Williams for helping make this day a reality.  From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere helped to ease my reservations about our project in the Sage area.  My husband and I had spent four frustrating years trying to put a home on our land.: the problem always boiled down to getting the proper financing for a land/home project.  Two different brokers directed us to financing that wasn’t appropriate for the type of

Project we had in mind.  And the dealerships we were working with didn’t seem to have the experience necessary to coordinate the sale of a manufactured home with construction financing we required.

 

         Within minutes of meeting our salesman, Dennis “Fergy” Ferguson, I was

Seated in Janine’s office and was on a conference call with the broker at Land/Home Financial. I explained my dilemma, and basically set up to get preapproved at that point.  Fergy of course patiently and enthusiastically helped with every detail of the house ordering process.  My phone calls were always promptly returned, and any questions and concerns immediately addressed.
