Ma Williams COVID-19 UPDATE. We are Open for Appointments!!

Valued Ma Williams Customer,

First, we would like to thank you for your loyalty and your flexibility during this time. Please know that we have and will continue to heighten our sanitation practices to assure everyone’s safety.

As this pandemic continues to change, we have to be open to change as well.  During Governor Newsom’s ‘Stay-At-Home’ order for California Ma Williams, as an essential business during this pandemic, will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 9-5 by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

We encourage you to utilize our many remote features we have put in place:

  1. View our floor plans and 3D Virtual tours available for all of our models online at https://www.mawilliamshomes.com/models-and-floor-plans/models-on-display/
  2. Most documents can be signed via Docusign. 
  • New Purchase Orders
  • Factory Sales Orders
  • Amendments
  • Almost all documents not requiring an original signature.
  • Schedule your remote, meeting with your sales consultant by Zoom to allow them to walk you through the many models we have available from home
  • We have onsite visits available by appointment only for viewing models, designing the options & colors for your home.

Keeping everyone safe for scheduled appointments.

  1. Appointments will be scheduled to avoid overlap of customers.
  2. Each appointment needs to be limited to 2 adults per visit.
  3. Please do not bring children. We realize this may be inconvenient; however, it is vital to reduce the spread of COVID-19. This will protect you, your children, and our staff as well.
  4. We have available, plastic gloves, hand sanitizer, soap and disinfectant wipes to keep our office, models safe for visitors and our work family.
  5. All surfaces touched will be wiped down by sales consultant during and after each visit.
  6. Comply with 6’ distance rule for social distancing.
  7. If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment.
  8. Please wear a mask when coming for an on-site appointment.

The Team is still working for you!

The process of a Land Home Development requires a team of companies and institutions working in unison to move projects forward.  And they are all still working to move your project forward!! 

  1. Lenders are as busy as ever with low interest rates funding construction loans
  2. Appraisals are being completed for the lender
  3. Escrow companies are still working remotely
  4. Contractors are still meeting customers at sites to provide estimates, complete work and hold inspections.
  5. County/City building departments (most) are still accepting remotely permit submittal and inspectors are out in the field holding inspections.
  6. Realtors are still searching for land, researching properties, and submitting offers to sellers.
  7. Both Skyline & Silvercrest are busy building homes!


We will closely monitor the ever-evolving situation in order to respond to and prioritize the needs of our customers, as well as the health and safety of our employees.
