Hello La Von, Dennis, and everyone else,

I just wanted to express my appreciation for everything you did to make sure the home happened for my family and myself. I knew that it was a monumental task to get it closed by the end of the year to get the tax credit, but you pushed and somehow made it happen. We would have had some tax issues without that offset, so it was extremely helpful. You walked me through all of the phases, and even pulled a few strings to get some of the things done. We wish to thank you again.
